Please note that delivery timeframes may vary based on product customisation.
Our crew usually delivers your product within 8 to 10 working days.
But if you want fast shipping, you must pay $25, and the product will be delivered to you within 6 to 8 working days.
All orders placed after 1 p.m. will be considered in the list of orders placed the following day.

How can I trace the sent products?
Once we dispatch the purchase and provide the tracking number, the customer is responsible for following up with the courier company. If the courier business places the order on hold for any reason, or if the courier company attempts to deliver the order while the customer is not home. The customer is responsible for contacting the courier firm. We recommend that you follow up with the courier firm once you have received the tracking ID/number. Following several delivery failures at the specified address, the courier firm may destroy the parcel, for which we will not be held liable.
Which courier service do we use to safely deliver your purchases to your doorstep?
We diligently construct your favorite outfits, therefore we want to dispatch them in perfect condition, without damage, and on schedule. We chose to ship the items via well-known and trustworthy courier providers because we had complete control over the selection process. We use DHL, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service.
What if you receive a damaged parcel?
Despite this, we strive to give the best product possible. But, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer service department. You must contact us within 30.
Import tariffs and taxes.
Our US customers have a negotiating advantage because they are not required to pay customs duties. All orders are delivered on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As a result, our clients are responsible for paying customs duties in accordance with their respective nations. Because we ship the order as a gift, most countries do not impose customs fees. Despite the fact that we offer worldwide delivery and do not charge any fees to consumers, the custom chargers are the only exception. Customs or import duties vary by country, and certain countries are duty-free. So, it is the customer’s responsibility to examine the customs policy.
