RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our goal is to make The NHW Mart a convenient shopping destination. It is our responsibility to create a website that offers as many features as possible to clients. Our simple and user-friendly policy provides a 30-day quick return refund and exchange. If the color of the goods changes, if you receive a damaged shipment, or if you receive a parcel that is different from what you ordered, you can contact our customer service department immediately. 

Return Policy: 

Who is eligible? Anyone who has any complaints or worries about their received shipment is eligible. Whether they are concerned about size, color, or design, they can all benefit from this service.

The main challenge we’ve encountered in this arena is the size issue, which arises because each body type’s measurement is different. And as a result of this issue, we have this problem. What is the solution to this?  We have two excellent ways to keep you protected from this problem. Please pay close attention while placing your purchase and double-check the measurement and size data you are ordering before proceeding. Terms and Conditions of Return Policy:

Our return policy allows for a 30-day return, refund, or exchange period.

If you remove the tag, you will be ineligible to use our return policy.

If you exceed the number of days from 30, this deal will be declared expired for you.

If you wish to return or exchange a parcel, please do not wash it.

Remember that if we cannot find it in its original state, we will be unable to accept the return.

 If you have already used the product, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

The merchandise should be in the same condition you received it. Alternatively, it will not be evaluated or returned.

Your merchandise should not have any cuts on it; otherwise, we will be unable to accommodate you with our return policy.
 
If you made any changes after receiving the shipment, you will not be able to use the return policy.
 
Please keep in mind that your customized outfit is not covered by the return policy.
 
If you believe you are qualified for this return policy and intend to apply, please keep in mind that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs.
 
Please return the parcel using the courier provider that gives you with a tracking ID/number. After getting the tracking ID/number from your courier firm, please share it with

 

To return your received parcel, you are liable to send it back to the same warehouse from where you have received it, at your own expense. 
 
Lastly, please make sure that the parcel does not contain any stains on it otherwise you will be declared ineligible for the use of our return policy.

Exchange Policy:
 
To exchange a product due to size or color concerns, or if you received a different product, please email sales@thenhwmart.com with your request. The cause for the exchange must be valid and stated accurately in the email. Our customer care professionals will walk you through the exchange process. Once your exchange has been granted, you must return the product to us promptly. When we receive the parcel back, our inspection team will evaluate it, and if the product is confirmed to be accurate, we will send you an exchange within 15 working days.
 

Terms & Conditions of Exchange Policy: 

When exchanging a product, ensure it is in original condition.

You should include a clear and valid justification for the swap in the application.

If you notice a difference in color, size, or from the picture on our website, you can easily request that your received goods be changed. 

You must incur the costs of sending the product to us, which you intend to exchange on your own. 

You are instructed to return the merchandise to the same warehouse from which you obtained it. 

You must return the parcel you got in order to continue with the process. To return us the incorrect merchandise.

Return and Exchange Procedure:

Send an email to sales@thenhwmart.com to return or exchange the merchandise.

 We will tell you via email once we have received and reviewed your returned item. If you do not receive an email, please contact our customer support staff at sales@thenhwmart.com. We are here to assist you. Our customer service team will react within 24 hours. 

Steps for completing the return and exchange procedure:

Take images of the product you just received. 

Write an email that includes valid and clear justification for carrying out the return or exchange procedure. 

Attach a picture of the merchandise to an email and send it to sales@thenhwmart.com.

Our customer care department will definitely react to that email within the next 24 hours. They will also share a return address with you. 

Then you must return the merchandise to us via a trackable courier service at your own expense. You are instructed to share the tracking ID/number that you received from the courier firm with our customer service representative.

When we receive the product, we will notify.

Refund Policy:

If you have encountered a problem with your received parcel for any reason, such as size or color issues, or if you have not received the product, the product is defective, or the product is not as described or shown on our website, please contact our customer care department. Our customer service staff will get back to you within 24 hours. You will be eligible for a refund once our customer service representatives have confirmed your request.

Refund Policy: Buyers will be paid using the same payment method they used to purchase the item. 

Our staff will process the return policy from our accounts department within three business working days. 

 

You will then receive your refund within 5 to 14 business working days.

Order Cancellation Policy: 

If you cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase, we will reimburse your complete payment.

If you seek to cancel your order after 24 hours, 30% of your cash will be deducted.

If there are only three days remaining in your product’s shipment and you request that we cancel your order, we regret to notify you that we will deduct 50% of your payment.

Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

NHW Mart charges a 10% restocking fee for returned products, in addition to the shipping costs.
